Order confirmation
Upon receiving your order, Albany Home will promptly send you a confirmation email. Simultaneously, we will pre-authorize your chosen payment method. We will then verify the availability of your desired item with our warehouse or suppliers to facilitate timely dispatch. In the event that the items are not immediately available, we will release the pre-authorization on your credit card and inform you of the necessary actions via email. Once the items are ready for dispatch, we will process the charges and prepare to send out your order.
How will my order be delivered?
To ensure the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery, Albany Home employs efficient delivery methods. After processing your payment, we dispatch your items within the specified delivery timeframe indicated on the product page. Following the departure of your item/s from our warehouse, we will notify you of the dispatch. Please note that we will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier for your order, and it is not possible to select your own courier or delivery method.
Where does Albany Home deliver?
We offer delivery services across the United Kingdom (UK), covering all regions within the UK mainland.
Please be aware that additional charges may apply for certain large products such as hot tubs and saunas, as well as for deliveries to specific areas including parts of Scotland, Cornwall, Wales, offshore domestic regions, and the Scottish Highlands. These regions include the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland.
